Pre-order A pre-order is a contract to buy an item before it is available in the store. We offer many imported items throughout the year as pre-order for the benefit of our shoppers to ensure a variety of items are obtainable and affordable.How to pre-order
When to pay We will require a downpayment of at least 50percent of your total bill. When your order arrives we will inform you of your remaining balance together with the delivery cost. All buyers are requested to pay within 3 working days or otherwise the pre-order will automatically be cancelled unless you have adviced us accordingly.Payment methods
We only accept payments thru G-cash or BPI Bank deposit only. Full Payment should be made before your order will be delivered. Pre-order Schedule
All Items are available except for those with out of stock signs. Can I modify my pre-order Items can be removed from pre-orders before the pre-order season ends, but if payment has been made for the item then you will be charged a 15% restocking fee as your funds have already been dedicated to your item. You can, as an alternative to being charged, immediately transfer the 15% fee to pay for another existing pre-order or a new order, but this can only be done between the time of payment and our aquisition of the item. If the item is in stock waiting for other pieces of your order to arrive you will be charged the 15% restock fee. If an item has not been paid for then you may remove it without penalty. You may change your pre-orders by contacting us via our contact page. Can I cancel my pre-order You may cancel your pre-order, but any items that have been paid for will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
