Pre-order Terms and Conditions

How to Pre-order

1. Choose the items you want from the pre-order section.  Fill up an order form and indicate PRE-ORDER on the order details.

2. We'll send you a billing statement within the next 24 hours. Kindly make your payment within the next 3 working days without which your order will be disregarded. If otherwise, please do let us know immediately for the delay of payment.

3. You can choose to make a full payment or make a 50% down payment for all your pre-order purchase only. You will be notified to pay the other 50% + delivery cost once the goods reach Manila.

4. Please visit our site frequently for the updates on your orders.

5. The entire waiting period will be approximately 4 - 4.5 weeks after our pre-order ends. At least a week for us to purchase and receive the items from our suppliers, 3.5 - 4 weeks to arrive in Manila.

6. We are not liable to any shipping delay due to unexpected causes beyond our control.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation is allowed prior to payment and within the pre-order cut-off.  We will not allow any cancellations after deposits has been made.

2. If the item which you have ordered is Out Of Stock (OOS) and has stopped production, we will notify you immediately and give you a full refund for that item through our accredited mode of payment only or otherwise, any additional charges shall be due to the buyer.

3.  Cancellation after the pre-order date will not be allowed.
